Since 1904, Montlaiz have been making wine with organic grapes that grow near the imposing Andes mountain range in the province of Mendoza, Argentina. They are a family winery with a strong social commitment to the people of the local villages, employees and economy of the region.

The finest fruits are hand harvested from the La Flor Vineyard in Maipú. Two days before the total grape collection, a Pie de Cuba is created using 200 kg of organic Malbec grapes and their indigenous yeasts, establishing a vibrant starter for fermentation.  The wine is then bottled without filtering, preserving its authenticity. Notably, no sulphites are added during the winemaking process, showcasing a commitment to minimal intervention.

Dandelion Malbec Natural wine displays a deep red colour with violet hues. Intense aromas of red fruits showcase the purity of the varietal. Notes of plums and violets intertwine with subtle hints of green herbs creating a complex and inviting bouquet. Experience a rounded and soft mouthfeel accompanied by notes of fresh red fruits and plums. Pairs exceptionally well with grilled meats, such as steak or lamb, enhancing the overall savoury experience. Consider pairing it with hearty pasta dishes featuring rich tomato-based sauces or dishes with a touch of spice.
