Domaine Fabien Duveau Saumur Blanc La Hunaudiere is sourced entirely from the vineyard La Hunaudiere located in Saint-Cyr, from soils rich with silex, limestone and cailleux, this wine is bursting with energy and minerality. Fermented with native yeasts, 80% in cement vats and 20% old oak barrels, the wine spends 6 months on the lees in neutral barrels. This wine is beautifully complex with notes of bruised apple with a certain Vouvray character – lanolin etc, it has bright, fresh citrus acidity and a mouth watering finish.
