20-30 year old vines grown on a mixture of clay and silex. The wine is split into thirds to age in steel, barrel and egg for 10 months. the finished wine has just 2-3g/l RS.
Domaine Gigou Jus de Terre is richer than you might be expecting, saline minerality and a red-apple 'bite', lots of thirst-quenching acidity lead to a very moreish quality.
Super versatile - has enough richness and ripeness to partner a wide range of dishes but would also drink extreemly well on its own whilst you lounge lazily in the garden.
