Domaine Haut-Marin No.1 Littorine, Côtes de Gascogne wine is a lifted, crisp and fresh terroir led wine from the Côtes de Gascogne.
A short maceration on the skins is followed by pneumatic nitrogen pressing and cold setting. Vinification and ageing lasts at least 3 months, in stainless steel tanks and concrete tanks to get keep the fresh aromatic qualities of the Colombard and Ugni Blanc.
Domaine Haut-Marin No.1 Littorine, Côtes de Gascogne wine is floral and citrussy with ripe apricot and peach. Aromatic, balanced and very fresh. A great refreshing, zingy aperitif wine that would also go brilliantly with vinigarette drizzled salads or grilled green vegetables, young cheeses and all kinds of seafood.
