Francesco Follador is a small, family producer of Prosecco based in Valdobbiadene. A donkey features on their wine labels as a symbol of their hard work, patience and obstinance to continue to grow grapes in the most difficult areas where the slopes are steep and the land demands a lot of manual labour. Their efforts are paid off by the quality of their Prosecco which showcases the purity of their fruit.
Follador Follalba sparkling wine is their classic DOCG Extra Dry Prosecco which is packed full of fruit aromas. Yellow apple, ripe pear, yellow melon and lemon are abundant on the nose. The bouquet of aromas is emphasised by the creamy, persistent mousse and faintest whisp of sweetness. Exquisite on its own as an aperitif or with canapés.
