Inky dark core turning from purple to red. 18 months in new selected medium-toasted French oak barrels brings toast on the nose with plum, dark berries, vanilla, and a hint of anise. Good volume on the palate with rich soft tannins, sweet and spicy dark fruit notes with a fine concentrated length. A blend of Tempranillo, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Pairs well with game dishes, roast meats and cheeses.
