The 100% Chardonnay grapes are selected from vineyards in Monferrato, Piemonte. Fermentation takes place in pressure tanks to give a gentle fizz.

Italia Chardonnay has delicate aromas of stone fruit, soft and rounded on the palate with typical Chardonnay characters and a gentle fizz.
