Las Cholitas celebrates the vibrant Bolivian women whose energy and contribution to the wineries and vineyards of the Uco Valley is an invaluable resource. A hugely proud community, famed for their traditional dress and thick, braided hair topped with a Bombín, the famously incongruous bowler hat.

Las Cholitas Chardonnay wine is from an organically farmed vineyard in Tupungato’s Cordon del Plata sub-district, grown on sandy desert-soils over a seam of limestone. Aromatics of crushed minerals, warm sand, and fresh peach skin on the nose. Followed by notes of crème fraiche, stone fruit and more minerals on the palate with just a lick of oak structure in the finish. Pair with rich seafood flavours; think lobster Thermador and crab salad. Crisp acidity also means it's great alongside classic fish and chips.
