Bodegas Murviedro was founded in Valencia in 1927, as the Spanish subsidiary of the Swiss Schenk Group, and has grown to become one of the most important wineries in the region.
It has access to a wide range of both indigenous and international grape varieties, and produces a broad portfolio of wine styles. The company's philosophy is based on combining modern winemaking techniques with grapes from traditional vineyards - to meet the highest international quality standards, while maintaining their Spanish character and originality.
Mini Murviedro Sparkling 0% wine is a blend of white grapes, macerated at 14ºC and fermented with selected yeasts. The wine is then de-alcoholised using low temperature vacuum distillation to maintain fresh fruit flavours. A balanced residual sugar of 40g/l provides mouthfeel, texture and aids the fruity character. Bright tropical fruit characters, with hints of passion fruit and lemon citrus. This is an appealing fizz, slightly creamy on the finish with a gentle sweetness.
