Part of Montresor's new 'Bio' range of organic, characterful and contemporary wines - a fresh and elegant white from a wine region that's growing in popularity.
A blend of local varieties Garganega, Friulano, Cortese (known here as Bianca Fernanda) and Trebbiano Toscano. The vines are organically cultivated on hillside slopes to the south-east of Lake Garda. After harvesting the grapes are softly crushed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel.
Montresor Custoza Bio has delicate aromas of orchard fruit and spring flowers. The savoury palate has ripe golden apple, apricot and tangy citrus characters, alongside a bright, saline acidity.
Great with bruschetta, fish dishes including sushi.
