Cantina di Negrar Garganega has aromas of peach & nectarine gently emanate. The palate brings pear and citrus notes into the fruity mix, along with good weight and texture, balanced by juicy acidity on the finish.
Garganega is perhaps more familiar as the main grape variety in the better know Italian white Soave.
A very versatile wine. Great as an aperitif or pair with asian cuisine, curries, light poultry or seafood dishes.
