Northern Monk Witches Fingers DDH IPA. The final release in the Patrons series with the one-and-only Chris (Simpsons Artist). What can we say about the beer? It’s a DDH IPA… but it’s green. Northern Monk wanted to end the series with a beer that, in appearance at least, matches Chris’ style; namely looking a bit weird and slightly unsettling. We’ve all heard about beers being green, but this one is literally, very, green. As for what you’ll taste, they’ve conjured up a beer hopped with Luminosa, for flavours of peach lemonade, guava, orange peel, and Hallertau Blanc bringing white wine, cassis, gooseberry, and lemongrass tones. These have been backed up with a touch of Citra and super-blend CryoPop® for some proper ripe tropical fruit.
