This excellent wine with traditional characteristics, originates from the Douro, a World Heritage Site. Grapes are de-stemmed and macerated on skins at 8°c then slightly crushed in a pneumatic press with the must obtained decanted into a 2,500-litres stainless steel vat for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 14°c.
On the nose, Rola White Reserva wine has hints of apricot, white flowers, and wood. On the palate, this wine is extremely fresh with plenty of minerality, and a balanced acidity that leads to a long and persistent aftertaste.
