The illustrious Montresor family moved from France to Italy at the start of the 19th Century and settled in the Veneto region near Lake Garda. In 1892 Cantina Giacomo Montresor was established in Verona and remains family-owned to this day. Giorgio Montresor produces a portfolio of wines which increasingly rival the offerings of the region's more fashionable names - harnessing modern technology to craft the best wines from each site, across their 100ha of vineyard, in Valpolicella and Garda. This overlooked region produces bright, vibrantly fruity reds - similar in style to Valpolicella.

Selvaggio Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry is a delightful fresh style of Prosecco with a contemporary presentation. Montresor employed street artists to decorate their cellar - the Selvaggio label celebrates this! Selvaggio means 'wild' or 'untamed'! Fresh, delicate, floral aromas lead onto an appealing soft mousse. The textured palate has ripe stone fruit characters backed by minerality, depth and fresh citrus acidity. A fantastic aperitif and celebratory wine - but will also pair with grilled white meats and seafood dishes.

Please note: All case wine orders can take between 7-10 days for delivery.
