To honour Strathearn’s distinctive flavour profile and the time invested in crafting its rich spirit, Batch 03 has been created with the same careful cask selection as its predecessor - ex - Bourbon , Virgin Oak, and ex - Sherry Oak. However, with a greater emphasis on Sherry cask influence, you can expect a richly sherried nose of toasted Malt and barley sugar, laced with dark honey, chocolate and warming spices, complemented by a long, oak-led finish
