Field blend picked and fermented together, the only sorting allowed is in the vineyard. 8 months on lees to allow a richness to develop.
Bright acidity and tangy peach notes. Classic Gemischter (he says as though he knows them well.)
Drinks really well on its own. Fresh and bright, made for a Summers' evening with the BBQ on.
