Weingut Seehof Kirchspiel Riesling Trocken, Qualitätswein is a single vineyard Riesling from Florian Fauth produced with very limited quantities of delightful, aromatic and age-worthy vines. Fermentation is 85% stainless steel, 15% oak with fruit from a mixture of clay and marl vineyards. This wine is a multi-faceted Riesling thanks to it's oak aged component. Fresh and zippy enough to keep you're attention but with a mellow softer side to match up to a wide variety of foods. Pair with salmon temaki rolls
